Probably released 1987 - 1989, Teddy Bear Music label (Germany). Compilation of lo-fi indie pop mostly from UK and Germany. JAR is definitely of note, having run the Jarmusic label for many years and publishing a wide variety of cassette-recorded music. Tape quality is rather quiet!!
